Outpost designs and runs finance systems for growing businesses.

Many companies reach a point where revenue is growing, but the underlying finance and control systems are not designed to support scale. Decisions become slower, visibility becomes unclear, and risk starts to increase.

Outpost helps organisations bring structure, clarity, and control to their finance and business processes.

We work with founders and management teams to design finance functions, implement robust reporting systems, strengthen internal controls, and ensure that leadership has decision-ready information.

Alongside finance system design, we also support organisations with internal audit, corporate assurance, and investigations where independent scrutiny and professional judgment are required.

Our work typically includes:
• Designing finance and reporting systems for growing companies
• Outsourced and managed finance functions (Virtual CFO to Bookkeeping)
• Internal audit and risk reviews
• Fraud investigations
• Whistleblower complaint investigations
• Business process design and improvement

Outpost combines finance expertise, process discipline, and investigative capability to help organisations operate with stronger financial visibility and governance.
