A boutique recruitment agency matching quality local & international construction professionals with construction clients. Our clients include subcontractors, general contractors and engineering, project management and cost consultants working across Institutional, Commercial and Industrial and high-rise buildings and infrastructure (highways, rail, LRT, bridges, water, power, renewables), global infrastructure contractors, major national general contractors & local subcontractors.

We focus on professional roles across engineering, project management, commercial management, design coordination and bid management personnel from intermediate level right up to C-Suite Executive level.
Outpost Recruitment was established in 2012. Instead of using the same tools that your in-house recruitment team and other agencies use (LinkedIn, public jobs boards), Outpost brings much needed innovation to the industry.

To compliment our sourcing, we built an information website for newcomers, Moving2Canada.com, which attracts >700,000 visits per month to help us identify global talent early. Our Outpost Blog educate our talent pool through open-source resources on upcoming projects, market updates, employment skills, etc

Outpost always try to source candidates locally first. We also monitor incoming talent from Ireland, UK Australia and US, predominantly. We source candidates through our Moving2Canada website, strong social media presence, international recruitment fairs & referrals. Our award-winning sister website, Moving2Canada, receives >8 million visits annually.

We pride ourselves on solid ethics and focus on building long-term win-win relationships. Over 9 years, we have been tracking global talent. We allow our clients to tap into our massive network of once newcomers now here in Canada, who have typically gained local experience & permanent residency. When necessary, we assist clients to source the best talent from overseas.
