Darren James

Darren James has over 25 years of work experience in the IT industry. Darren started their career as a Consultant at MCI Systemhouse in 1996, where they supported the migration of Legacy OS2, NetWare, and NT systems to a centrally managed NT4/SMS environment. Darren then worked as a Technical Specialist at Next Retail from 1998 to 2000, designing and implementing core infrastructure systems. In 2000, they joined E.ON IT GmbH as a Technical Consultant, focusing on Windows server support and later expanding into project and troubleshooting roles. From 2011 to 2023, Darren worked at Specops Software, where they held various roles including Product Specialist and Head of Internal IT. In these positions, they were responsible for pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, and managing internal IT systems globally.
