The Output leadership team is composed of individuals with a wide range of experience in the music industry and beyond. President Keith McMillen has a background in sound design and engineering, and has also taught at Oberlin College. Co-founder West Oakland Music Systems has a degree in applied economics and music from Cornell University, and has worked as an executive producer at Universal Music Publishing Group and creative director at Silkscreen Music. Chief marketing officer Yami has a degree in business economics from UCLA and experience working in marketing at Naja--Radically Different Lingerie. Senior creative technologist Kadenze Inc. has a PhD in computer music from Stanford University. Director of finance Headspace Inc. has a degree in life sciences and psychology from the University of Toronto - University College.
