OutQuotes is a multi-tenant B2B platform that powers the full quote-to-order workflow for manufacturers and the dealers who sell their products. We give manufacturers a branded portal where dealers can configure products, generate accurate quotes, collect payment, and push orders straight into the ERP — without the spreadsheets, email chains, and pricing mistakes that slow deals down.

How we help clients optimize their value stream:

  - Shorten the quote-to-cash cycle — Guided product configurators and real-time pricing turn multi-day quoting into a same-session conversation, so dealers close deals while the customer is still engaged.
  - Eliminate pricing leakage — A flexible custom pricing rule engine lets manufacturers set baseline dealer pricing, dealers layer markups or customer discounts, and everyone works from the same numbers — no more margin erosion from manual overrides or stale spreadsheets.
  - Put catalog control in the manufacturer's hands — Clients build and self-manage their own proprietary catalogs, products, materials, and rules — no dev tickets, no waiting on a vendor to publish a price change.
  - Remove handoff friction — Quotes flow into orders, orders capture payment via Stripe, and approved orders sync directly to ERP for fulfillment — cutting the rekeying, reconciliation, and order-entry errors that stall throughput.
  - Scale dealer networks without scaling overhead — Self-service dealer accounts, customer-level pricing, and tenant-specific branding let manufacturers onboard new dealers and grow channel revenue without adding back-office headcount.
