Prior to joining Outra, Steve served as the Global Head of Growth at GeoDirectory, an innovative SaaS technology company. During their tenure, they were responsible for various products, including GeoDirectory, AddressFix, GeoAddressChecked, GeoAddress Online, and GeoFindIT. These products provided comprehensive address databases and location services in the Republic of Ireland.

Steve's work experience also includes a tenure as a Partner at Spectrum IFA Group. Steve played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the company's operations, specializing in financial solutions for expatriates in France. Steve successfully developed their area from scratch and managed a portfolio worth over €21 million.

Before joining Spectrum IFA Group, Steve worked as the Business Development & Personal Lines Manager at Towergate Insurance. In this capacity, they oversaw a team of 42 professionals involved in managing specialist medical insurance for various sectors. Steve also led the creation of a new business team and developed tailored insurance products for the medical and pharmaceutical markets.

Additionally, Steve served as the Head of Key Accounts at Marsh, where they managed major accounts, such as Porsche, Maserati, and Ferrari. Steve collaborated with dealerships to enhance account sizes and handled online inquiries and quotation systems. Steve also had responsibilities in managing a team of 15 staff and overseeing high net worth clients' insurance needs.

Early in their career, Steve held the position of Branch Manager at Endsleigh Insurance.
