Vanessa Phillips

Vanessa Phillips is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in counseling and support roles. Currently serving as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Outreach: Building Healthy Lives, Vanessa facilitates therapy sessions and provides emotional support to teenagers facing chemical dependency.
