Outreach Therapy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Pittsburgh, PA delivers an innovative approach to homeless services through outreach-based occupational therapy in clients' real-life environments in the community, streets, encampments, shelters, medical respite, transitional housing, and permanent housing.
