At OutreachGenius, we’re building a platform for AI-powered voice agents designed specifically for home service businesses, franchise brands, and call centers serving the home services space.

The OutreachGenius platform focuses on four core workflows where sales opportunities are most often missed:

• Inbound Call Handling – answering and routing calls, qualifying opportunities, and booking appointments
• Lead Revival – re-engaging old or unresponsive leads to recover missed jobs
• Paid Lead Follow-Up – instantly contacting and following up with leads from aggregators such as Angi, Thumbtack, and Google Local Services Ads
• Pre-Estimate Calls – handling setup calls and gathering critical information before estimates to improve close rates and reduce no-shows

Our mission is to become the platform of choice for home service operators and franchise systems to capture more sales opportunities using AI voice agents that integrate cleanly with existing tools, teams, and processes.

We believe AI agents will soon handle the majority of first-touch business communication, and OutreachGenius is being built as the infrastructure layer that enables that shift across the home services industry.
