Outrigger Group provides c-suite level insights to fast-growing startups and established businesses.

Clients engage Outrigger to provide fractional executive and advisory services. Such services include finance (factional CFO), operations (fractional COO), data/AI strategy (fractional CDO/CAO), product strategy (fractional CPO), partnerships & go-to-market strategy (fractional CRO/CCO).

Outrigger’s unique model ensures clients interact with industry-leading experienced executives. The Outrigger principles have been operators and know what businesses need to succeed. Accordingly, Outrigger offers clients the ability to elect a cash and equity compensation mix, instead of all cash. This arrangement often better balances short-term needs with long-term growth goals, and aligns incentives between Outrigger and our clients.

Why the name Outrigger Group? Because, running a company is like navigating a boat through stormy seas. An outrigger provides stability, allowing the boat to avoid capsizing and reach its destination. At Outrigger Group, we strive to support businesses the way an outrigger supports a boat, providing much needed stability without slowing the pace of progress.
