Mark Wornson

Mark Wornson is a Director of Procurement & Vendor Management at OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group, a role they began in 2023. With former experience as an Executive Chef spanning 21 years, including positions at Pacific House, Ola Brew Co., and Tommy O's Pacific Rim Bistro, Mark has seamlessly transitioned into Procurement by utilizing skills honed in the kitchen. Mark's culinary education was obtained from the Western Culinary Institute, where they earned an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from 2004 to 2006. Prior to their current role, Mark served as a Purchasing Manager at OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group and an Inside Sales Representative at Armstrong Produce & Kula Produce - FreshPoint Hawaii.
