Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Restaurant Officer at McDonald's Japan, Wally leads 3,000 restaurants and a team of over 200,000 crew members, focusing on enhancing hospitality and operational excellence. Wally's career includes significant positions at General Electric, Walmart, and Deloitte, where they have directed large-scale transformations and driven strategic initiatives worldwide. Having been born and educated in Japan, Wally also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
