Jonathan Chen previously worked at Meta as a Team Lead for Intellectual Property Operations, overseeing a team of specialists responsible for the notice and takedown program for Brand and Trademark Rights. They coached and mentored project and program managers to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to that, at Square, Jonathan was recognized as "The Human API of Risk," collaborating with various teams to assess and mitigate product risks. Additionally, Jonathan held significant roles at LinkedIn and PayPal, focusing on risk management and policy development. Currently, Jonathan serves as the Trust and Safety Lead at Outschool.
