Outset is the start of something new and different in the world of F&B and hospitality - not just for the sake of novelty, but for the creation of something meaningful. Fresh perspectives that have blossomed from spontaneity and industry know-how.

We’re not just a collection of brick-and-mortar spaces and trendy gastronomy. Outset is an idea, a meaningful conversation, a shared inspiration, and an ongoing dialogue – between you and us. We capture what’s intrinsic to all of us, from our shared wants and needs to our individuality and uniqueness. And it’s from that we craft authentic experiences – each and every day.

Outset is young, ambitious, and proudly from the UAE – born, nurtured, and grown from its shifting sands, oases, palms, and waters. We speak the language of its soil, celebrating its past and preparing its future. Whether its food, dining spaces, art, or culture, you’ll find us firmly on the horizon, embracing new and exciting concepts, tastes, and spaces to set the benchmark for what’s to follow. We’re here to create the kind of experiences that light up the imagination, push the body, and touch the soul. And we’re doing it with hope, positivity, and excitement.

We’re good with being different, unusual, and discerning. But while we’re proud to be bold, representing the hidden gems, the exclusively curated experiences, and the distinctively singular tastes – we want everyone to feel welcome. And as Outset grows and our unique take on everything shines through, we’ll continue to celebrate and build spaces, concepts, culinary adventures, and collaborations that speak to you, all while transcending what you know and presenting you with what can be.
