Outset Advisors assists with planning for ecological construction projects from project inception. The most effective way to plan for ecological construction is to vet design, budget, permitting and logistical assumptions early in the planning process. This is critical to ensure that as the project progresses towards construction, it is aligned with expectations in the construction contracting industry. Permit constraints, risk allocation, and design parameters will have a major impact on the construction budget, implementation schedule and ultimate success of your project.

The future of ecological work as it intersects with the construction industry will be judged not just by the outcome, but the process. Outset brings extensive knowledge of the construction industry and construction costs to the table and will make ecological construction planning simple by calling attention to significant, construction related decision points at the outset.
