Monica S.

Monica S. has a long and varied work experience. Monica began their career in 1989 as a Software Engineer at Hess's Department Stores. Monica then moved to the State of Colorado as a Software Engineer in 1990. In 1991, they joined CH2M HILL as a Software Engineer. In 1996, they became a Software Engineering Manager at McKesson. Monica then worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Genomica Corporation in 2001, followed by a similar role at Eclipsys in 2002. In 2004, they moved to Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineering Manager. In 2011, they joined Parsons Corporation as Director of Operations. Most recently, they have been the Director of People Operations at Outside Analytics since 2019.

Monica S. attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
