Outside In
Beth Hershey is a Medical Records and Credentialing Specialist at Outside In since November 2018, responsible for managing and processing protected health information using various Electronic Health Records systems. Prior to this role, Beth served as a Training & Development Clerical Assistant and E-Commerce Customer Service Representative at Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette from August 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included database management and customer service. Beth gained research experience during an internship at Portland State University Regional Research Institute, and also contributed as a board member of the PSU Sociology Club and as a student volunteer with SMYRC. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Portland State University, earned in 2015.
