Stefanie Harmon

Stefanie Harmon, MPH, is a public health and social services professional with over a decade of experience in child welfare, behavioral health, and healthcare operations. Currently serving as a board member at Outside In, Stefanie provides strategic leadership to support the organization’s mission to assist houseless youth and marginalized communities. In previous roles, Stefanie has advanced permanency outcomes at the Department of Children, Youth, and Families and streamlined operations at CareOregon, while advocating for trauma-informed and equity-focused practices. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Public Health from Oregon State University.
