Joe Gallagher is the Director of Web Development at Outside Source Design and has been with the company since 2002. As a co-founder of Neighborino, they have played a pivotal role in shaping the business since 2007. Prior to their current positions, Joe worked as a Web Designer/Developer at 1st Class Solutions from 2000 to 2002 and briefly served as a Graphic Designer at Galyan's Trading Co. Inc. in 2000, where they contributed significantly to promotional materials for the grand opening of a major retail store. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Graphics Technology from Purdue University, which they completed in 1999.
