Rakesh Pradhan

Rakesh Pradhan is a seasoned project and product manager with over 10 years of experience in product, program, and project management, currently serving as the Lead Project Manager at Outside. They adeptly guide and support project managers in planning, risk management, and issue resolution, while fostering a collaborative team environment. Rakesh has previously contributed to various roles, including as a Product Manager at Yorba, where they defined product strategy and facilitated Scrum processes. Additionally, they co-facilitated Design Thinking workshops at Kathmandu College of Management and held key project management positions at COTIVITI NEPAL and YoungInnovations Pvt. Ltd.
