Outside Hire builds payment infrastructure for ISOs, gateways, and fintechs that need engineering teams who actually know payments.

Most companies outsource development to teams that have never touched a transaction. Then they spend months explaining PCI scope, settlement timing, reconciliation flows, and decline handling. We skip that part. Our engineers have lived in payments. They know the difference between a soft and hard decline, why your sandbox doesn't match production, and how to build gateway-agnostic so you're not locked in.

We work a specific way: get on a call, validate fit, then build a working demo in three days. Not a slide deck. Not a proposal. A visual, functional prototype you can click through. If it works for both sides, we keep building. If not, nobody wasted months.

What we build: payment gateways, merchant boarding platforms, multi-gateway routing, white-label invoicing and payment platforms, back-office operations, and merchant support - both standalone and white-label under your brand.

Our ownership team has 10-30 years each in payments, engineering, and operations. We use AI to keep teams lean and output high. American leadership, Philippines-based engineering, 70% cost savings without cutting corners.

We don't pitch. We prove it.
