Maxwell Thompson

Maxwell Thompson is an accomplished engineer with a diverse background in both military and technical fields. Currently serving as an Engineer II at outside since August 2021, Maxwell also holds the position of First Lieutenant in the Virginia National Guard since May 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, Inc. from May 2019 to August 2021, where Maxwell contributed to software development and analysis. A research assistant at The Citadel from October 2015 to May 2019, Maxwell utilized python and natural language processing tools for analyzing large datasets. Maxwell's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Citadel, earned in 2019. Further leadership development was achieved through various projects and training activities at The Citadel, emphasizing civic engagement and military discipline.
