Sierra Ducatt

Sierra Ducatt is an accomplished social strategist and creator manager with a strong background in executing creator-led campaigns at Outside since August 2023. Previous roles include Social Strategist Coordinator at Marmot, Social Media and Ambassador Manager at Future Motion, and Marketing Associate at Blade Commerce. Sierra has also held leadership positions in various capacities at the YMCA of Silicon Valley and YMCA of San Diego County, as well as a foundational role as an Outdoor Educator at YMCA Camp Seymour. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Washington and an Associate's degree from Pierce College.
