Steve Anderson

Steve Anderson, MBA, currently serves as the Senior CRM Manager at Outside, where responsibilities include orchestrating marketing teams to enhance email campaigns and leading CRM migrations for brand consolidation and cost reduction. Previous experience includes a role as Marketing Coordinator, focusing on multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand engagement. Prior to Outside, Steve spent nearly a decade at Mud Bay, advancing from Store Manager to Assistant Manager, and Inventory Lead, overseeing operations and team development. Steve holds an MBA in Marketing from Washington State University and a BS in Environmental Science from Western Washington University, along with study abroad experience in Ecology at the University of New Hampshire.
