Hem Suri

Hem Suri is an accomplished investment, board, and executive management leader with over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, venture capital, private equity, and investment banking. Currently, Hem serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of Spark Growth Ventures, focusing on early to mid-stage technology ventures. Hem has previously co-founded ClearVision Equity Partners and held executive roles in various companies, including being an Interim CEO in the healthcare sector and working at Deutsche Bank. Hem holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. Passionate about the environment and education for underprivileged children, Hem is actively involved in numerous startup boards and incubators in Southern California.
