Leigh Sheel

Leigh Sheel currently serves as the Talent and Community Lead at Outsized, focusing on talent pool management and client-specific needs. Previously, Leigh held the role of Account Manager for the EU region at OfferZen, managing a portfolio of companies and fostering strong client relationships, as well as working as a Tech Talent Advisor. Prior experience includes recruitment roles at H2 Executive Placements, Swift Momentum, and Ad Talent Recruitment Specialists, where Leigh specialized in sourcing talent in various sectors. Leigh's early career involved roles in marketing and communications, including positions at PriceCheck and Wired Communications. Educational qualifications include a Short Course in Human Resources Management from the University of Cape Town and a National Diploma in Public Relations, Marketing and PR from the University of South Africa.
