Outsmart Insight
Thomas Hall is the Founder and CEO of Embed Biotech since February 2024 and has served as an EPSRC Doctoral Prize Fellow at Imperial College London since October 2018, leading a team in the development of ultra-low-cost implantable electronics for healthcare applications. Hall's research experience includes working as a Postgraduate Researcher in Medical Engineering, achieving significant academic impact with seven Q1 research articles and multiple conference presentations. Additionally, Hall has been a consultant at Outsmart Insight, advising multinational companies and government agencies on emerging technologies. Previous roles include a Robotics Engineer at Headlight AI, where SLAM algorithms were developed for autonomous navigation, and internships at Hoare Lea and AECOM focused on sustainability and mechanical engineering, respectively. Hall's academic credentials include a PhD and MEng from Imperial College London.
