John Ward

John Ward has been working in the technology industry since 1994. John began their career as a Technology Infrastructure Support at DuPage County, and then moved on to become a Desktop/Server Support Technician at J.P. Morgan in 1998. Over the next 22 years, they held various roles at J.P. Morgan, including Global Head- Crisis Management, Quality Assurance, & Testing for Asset and Wealth Management, Global Head - End User Technology Service Delivery and Cyber Controls for Asset & Wealth Management, America's End User and Service Delivery Manager for JPMorgan Private Bank, Desktop Technology Infrastructure Manager- Asset Management - North America and South America, North America Regional Technology Site Manager - Chase Home Finance, Merger Transition/Program Manager JPMC Corporate Technology, and North America Technology Program Manager. In 2020, they became the Owner of Burgundy Investment Group and an Information Technology Consultant at AdvisoryBoard member @ SyncDog, iCover, & SPOT. Most recently, they have been the Program Manager/Sales Engineer at Outsource Solutions Group since 2022 and The Exercise Coach South Naperville- Owner at The Exercise Coach\u00ae since 2021.

John Ward received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science, Pre-Law from Eastern Illinois University, a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration from Benedictine University, an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business from College of DuPage, and a Master's degree in Politcal Science Pre-Law from Eastern Illinois University.
