Nick Borgman

Nick Borgman is a professional recruiter with extensive experience at Outsource since October 2019, achieving recognition as a member of the Presidents Club in 2021, 2022, and 2023. In current and previous roles as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter, Nick has developed talent pipelines, mentored new recruiters, and represented the company at career fairs while overseeing full-cycle recruiting processes. Prior to this, Nick worked as a server at The Cheesecake Factory from July 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing large dining sections, training new staff, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Nick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from San Francisco State University, earned in 2017.
