Trace Baker

Trace Baker has over nine years of experience in recruitment and athletic media relations. Currently serving as a Recruiter Training Specialist at Outsource since January 2014, Trace has also held the positions of Account Manager, Recruiter, and Sourcer within the company. Prior to joining Outsource, Trace gained experience at Lamar University from January 2009 to December 2013 as an Athletic Media Relations Assistant and an Athletic Marketing Intern. Trace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Lamar University, completed in 2013.
