Mika DIOL

Mika Diol is a senior sales and business development professional with over 20 years of experience in multinational technology companies. They are the founder of KaliSpot, a fintech headquartered in Atlanta and Dakar that operates as an Independent ATM Deployer and is building the first omnichannel network of ATMs in West and Central Africa to enable access to services from banks, mobile money operators, and fintechs. They previously served as Senior Territory Sales Manager at Oracle from 2014 to 2019, defining and implementing business and sales strategies for public and private sector clients and driving Oracle Cloud and on-premise sales through partner channels, marketing events, and account management. They held roles at Microsoft (Services Sales Executive, 2010–2014), Ericsson (Project Manager, 2007–2010), SOCITECH Groupe (Country Manager, 2006–2007), and SERVITECH Group (Director of Sales & Marketing, 2019–2020).
