Stephen Crawford has extensive work experience in sales and business management roles. Stephen currently works as a Sales Director at Outsource Solutions (NI) Ltd, where they lead and motivates a team of Relationship and Business Development Managers. Stephen is responsible for account planning, forecasting, sales reporting, and managing project workload.
Prior to this, Stephen worked as a Corporate Business Manager at Amplifi Solutions, where they presented recommendations to deliver growth in both volume and value. Stephen also proactively developed the customer base and explored new routes to potential clients.
Stephen has also held various positions at BT, including Head of Channel Management, Head of Out Bound & On Line, Senior Learning Lead - IP Comms, Head of Business Management, Learning Partner, and Territory & Major Account Manager. In these roles, they played a key role in shaping marketing and sales strategies, developing training programs, and implementing innovative measures to achieve sales targets.
Stephen Crawford attended Antrim Grammar from 1983 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a BSc Hons Business Studies degree at Ulster University from 2003 to 2009, specializing in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
