Jom Cahucom has extensive experience in operations management and customer experience, beginning with a nursing background. Jom served as a Registered Nurse at Dihmesco General Hospital from March 2011 to October 2013. Jom transitioned to the operations sector, holding the position of Operations Supervisor at VXI Global Solutions, LLC from January 2015 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing a team of 20-25 FTEs and fostering team development through coaching. Jom continued as Operations Supervisor and later Operations Deputy Manager at Concentrix from September 2018 to January 2021, overseeing 150-180 FTEs and focusing on team leader development. Currently, Jom is a Customer Experience Manager at Outsourced since November 2023, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and developing team members in a customer-centric environment.
