As the Founder and Executive Board Member of OutSta since July 2020, Adam established the company to connect exceptional, cost-effective talent from around the world with Western organizations, aiming to create sustainable employment relationships. Prior to this, Adam served as the CEO of Local Perfection from 2013 to January 2021, where a digital agency was built to assist local businesses in South Florida in developing sophisticated online presences, achieving top rankings on Google, and modernizing workflows.
