Sofia Paras

Sofia Paras is currently a Research and Process Lead at Outstaffer.com. Prior to this, Sofia worked as a Recruiting Administrator at McKinsey & Company, a Researcher and Sourcing Specialist at Fetcher, and served as the Vice President for Operations at Blue Symphony Orchestra. Sofia also has experience as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Ateneo Bulatao Center for Psychology Services and Ateneo de Manila Department of Psychology, as well as a Special Projects Deputy at Ateneo Blue Repertory. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Cultural Heritage Minor from Ateneo de Manila University.
