Marshane R. has extensive experience in compliance, fraud prevention, and risk management within the insurance industry. They have worked at OUTsurance since 2021, first as a Specialized Person of Contact and currently as a Compliance Officer, where they support regulatory compliance and provide strategic guidance across various departments. Prior to this, Marshane served as a Claims Advisor at OUTsurance from 2018 to 2021 and as an Administrative Assistant at Medipost Pharmacy from 2016 to 2018. Marshane holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Anthropology from the University of Pretoria and has completed additional certifications in Risk Management and Forensic Auditing.
