André Madeira

André Madeira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and technical enablement, currently serving as the Senior Director of Partner Technical Enablement and Senior Director of Global Field Success & Enablement at OutSystems since April 2013. André has held various leadership roles at OutSystems, including Director of Sales Enablement and Director of Solution Architecture for North America and LATAM, where responsibilities included managing teams, overseeing product demonstrations, and collaborating with Product Management. Prior to OutSystems, André worked as a Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant/Delivery Manager in software development and project management roles, delivering tailored solutions for notable clients. André began the career as a Junior Software Engineer and holds a Master’s Degree in Electronic Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
