Andy Shearer has extensive experience in customer success and consulting within the technology sector, currently serving as RVP of Customer Success for EMEA at OutSystems since July 2018. Previous roles include Director of Customer Success for the UK and Ireland, and Customer Success Regional Manager at OutSystems. Prior to this position, Andy held various leadership roles at Pegasystems, including Practice Director and Director of Consulting EMEA - Mobility, and served as Director of Professional Services at Antenna Software. Additional experience includes directorial positions at Bytemobile, and project management roles at Vodafone, T-Mobile, Infospace, and eSkye Solutions. Andy started a career at 3M, where multiple positions were held from December 1989 to May 2000. Education was completed at Yateley Comprehensive from 1981 to 1986.
