Clara Simon

Clara Simon is a seasoned product designer at OutSystems since November 2020, having progressed from research intern to associate product designer. Clara's notable internship involved investigating webcam-based eye tracking tools to enhance usability in beginner tutorials and culminated in a master thesis on cognitive variables affecting waiting time perception. Prior to OutSystems, Clara gained valuable experience as a front-end web developer at Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin, where a Kanboard plugin for agile learning was developed, and at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where an interactive survey environment was created using D3.js. Clara holds a Master of Science in Applied Cognitive Psychology from Utrecht University and a Master of Science in Human Factors from Technische Universität Berlin, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Informatik.
