David Connis

David Connis is an experienced content designer and UX professional, currently serving as the Lead Content Designer in Design Systems at OutSystems since August 2021, after previously holding the role of Senior Content Designer. Concurrently, David instructs at UX Content Collective, starting in April 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Senior UX Writer at Contrast Security and a UX/Technical Writer at Skuid, where responsibilities involved creating and maintaining UI copy and marketing content. David began a career in UX as a Junior UX Developer at Coderly, contributing to wireframing and front-end development, and also held earlier roles in development coordination and program development. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development from Covenant College, attended Valencia College, and has developed a diverse skill set in user experience, content creation, and design systems.
