David Gilkey

David Gilkey currently serves as Regional Manager and East Region Team Lead for Solution Architecture at OutSystems since November 2021, following a successful tenure at IBM from July 2015 to November 2021 where roles included Career Coach and GBS NA Federal Cloud Advisor. Prior experience includes positions such as Project Manager at Better Business Solutions, IT Specialist at Paddle House Outfitters, and Associate Web Developer at D3Corp. David began their career as a Server Assistant at Ruth's Chris Steak House and completed an internship at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Educational background consists of a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Frostburg State University, attended from 2011 to 2014.
