Ebenezer Schubert

Ebenezer Schubert has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Ebenezer currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at OutSystems. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Director of Engineering (Head of Engineering Machine Learning & Analytics) at Citrix Systems, where they were responsible for the Engineering of the Citrix Analytics Product line.

Before joining Citrix Systems, Schubert worked as the Director of Engineering at Citrix Systems, leading the Citrix CloudBridge product team in Bangalore. Ebenezer played a crucial role in improving the scalability and performance of the XenApp/XenDesktop optimization solution, introducing video caching and AWS solutions for WAN optimization.

Schubert also has experience working at Juniper Networks as a Sr. Engineering Manager, where they built and managed a team responsible for platform and switch fabric software for Juniper T-series routers. Ebenezer was also the SW engineering lead for the Juniper T4000 router project.

Earlier in their career, Schubert worked at Hewlett-Packard as an Engineering Manager, where they developed strategies for HP-UX networking targeting the Telco market. Ebenezer managed offshore and on-site development teams and was responsible for delivering various networking products.

Ebenezer Schubert completed their Executive General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2011-2012. Ebenezer obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, they completed a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from PSG College of Technology and Bharathiar University. Their earlier educational background includes attending KNHSS from 1990 to 1992, and Caldwell Higher Secondary School from 1986 to 1990.
