Gabriel Vasconcelos

Gabriel Vasconcelos has a diverse work experience in the field of quality engineering and software development. Gabriel is currently working at OutSystems as a Principal Quality Engineer, a role they took on in April 2023. Prior to this, they were a Lead Quality Owner at OutSystems from June 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining OutSystems, Gabriel worked at C6 Bank from November 2019 to June 2021. During their time there, they held various roles such as Cross Quality Engineer, Release Engineer, and Quality Assurance Engineer. In these positions, they focused on creating automated testing systems and pipelines in a microservices environment, providing technical advisory for automation solutions, and delivering lectures on automation and quality strategy.

Prior to C6 Bank, Gabriel contributed to the software development field at Daitan Group. Their roles at Daitan Group included Embedded Software Developer, System Developer with a focus on embedded support and QA automation, and Dev + QA automation. In these positions, they specialized in test automation, framework development, and creating scripts using Python, Robot Framework, and Jenkins. Gabriel also performed test planning, created test cases, and conducted exploratory testing. Gabriel gained experience working on various products, including mining software/hardware and VoIP Trunking Gateway.

Gabriel's professional journey began at Virgos IT Solutions, where they completed an internship in 2011.

Gabriel Vasconcelos is an alumnus of UFSCar, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Gabriel later pursued further education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2016 to 2018, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
