Helena C. has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Lead Regional Accountant at OutSystems since March 2023. Previously, Helena worked at Airbus as a Subsidiaries Controller for Real Estate from May 2022 to March 2023, and held multiple roles at Hiscox, including Interim Operations and Accounting Team Leader and Senior Accountant for Europe Finance. Prior experience includes positions at Commerzbank AG as a Portfolio Manager, and at A.P. Moller - Maersk handling Accounts Receivable. Helena began her career at The Phone House in leadership and accounting roles, and has also completed internships with the City Hall of Stuttgart and the Ministry of Defence in Portugal. Helena holds a Licentiate degree in Political Science and International Relations from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, a Post-Graduation in Business Management from Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco/Universidade Aberta, an Executive Program in Accounting and Finance from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, a Master's degree in Strategy from the University of Lisbon, and a Licentiate degree in German Studies from the University of Vienna.
