Hugo Rucha has extensive experience in software development and project management, currently serving as an Expert Developer and Delivery Manager at OutSystems since 2008. Prior to this role, Hugo worked at Noesis as a Java Senior Developer and has been involved with NOESIS PORTUGAL since 2001 in a consulting capacity. From 2005 to 2007, Hugo held the position of Programmer/Analyst at ONI and was an Analyst/Developer at Capgemini from 1999 to 2001. Hugo Rucha holds a diploma from Escola Tecnico Profissional Gustave Eiffel.
