Jorge Costa

Jorge Costa is a seasoned professional in the field of computer science with extensive experience in training, research, and teaching. Currently serving as Training Experience Lead and Training Team Lead at OutSystems since March 2016, Jorge has previously held the position of Senior Technical Trainer within the same organization. Prior to OutSystems, Jorge was a Research Assistant at NOVA Laboratory for Computer Science and Informatics (NOVA LINCS) from October 2010 to February 2016, focusing on compressed data structures for natural language processing and machine translation. Jorge also co-founded and worked as a Research and Development Engineer at ISTRION BOX from 2013 to 2014 and served as a Teaching Assistant at Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa between February 2010 and July 2012, covering various computer science topics. Jorge holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science, a Master of Science in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, all from the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia - Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
