Leonard Tan

Leonard Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as the Regional Director for OutSystems across Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, and Greater China since March 2018, achieving multiple Presidents Club accolades. Prior roles include Country Manager for Singapore and an earlier position as Account Executive, all contributing to consistent top performance in sales. Additionally, Leonard co-founded Simple Café in 2020 and serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Singapore Management University from August 2024. Previous experience includes significant roles at TIBCO Software Inc., Experian Asia Pacific, and Leadership Management International, accompanied by military service as an Artillery Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces. Leonard holds an MBA from the University of Roehampton, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of London, and a diploma in Intelligent Building Technology from Temasek Polytechnic.
