Pedro Oliveira

Pedro Oliveira has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Pedro started their career at McKinsey & Co. in 2005 as a Business Analyst, where they conducted detailed business analysis and provided consulting and advisory services to clients. In 2007, Pedro joined OutSystems as a Product Manager, responsible for bridging strategic direction, business, and technical requirements. Pedro then transitioned to the role of Engagement Manager, where they managed a full-scale team in an Agile fashion to deliver solutions that met customer needs. Pedro later served as a Senior Sales Engineer, explaining OutSystems technology to prospects and customers and leading proofs of concept. Pedro then took on various leadership roles, including Director Demo Team, Lead Solution Architect - UK, Technology Demo & Enablement Director, and Head of Solution Architecture (interim). Currently, Pedro is the Solution Architecture Specialists Director at OutSystems, responsible for overseeing solution architecture.

Pedro Oliveira obtained their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. In 2004-2005, they also attended Delft University of Technology to focus on Computer Software Engineering. Pedro has an additional certification as an OutSystems Professional Developer, although the specific details regarding the institution and date of obtaining the certification are unknown.
