Rodrigo Silva

Rodrigo Silva has over 12 years of work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Rodrigo is currently working as an Engineering Team Lead at OutSystems, managing a remote team of 6 engineers. In their previous role at Trainline, they managed 4 cross-functional teams of 20 engineers and supported the team in Portugal to scale up. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Trainline, where they built a transactional event-based platform. Before that, they worked at Farfetch as a Software Engineer, developing a financial system and introducing the use of Kafka. Rodrigo began their career at Stone, where they developed a fraud detector system. Rodrigo also has experience working at Grupo Comunique-se and SV Consultoria e Sistemas as a Software Engineer. Rodrigo holds expertise in various technologies including C#, .NET, Scala, Akka, and JavaScript.

- In 2009 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor of Information Systems from Estácio, specializing in TI (Information Technology).

- In 2011, they completed a certification course on ITIL, COBIT, and PMP from NSI Training.

- In the same year, they also completed a course on web development using C# .NET from Coti Informática.

- In 2014, they obtained a certification in Agile .NET Software Development Practices from Caelum.

- In 2009, they completed a course on C# Asp.net and SQL Server 2005 from Digidata Brasil.
