Shivam Kumar is currently serving as the Engineering Lead at OutSystems, where they architect data systems to power AI-driven applications and scalable platforms. Previously, Shivam held significant roles at Visa and PeopleStrong, focusing on data engineering, microservices, and distributed systems. They have a strong background in developing resilient data architectures and have successfully led teams to optimize software development processes. Shivam earned a Post Graduate degree in Big Data Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, following a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University.
